There is consistency to the way the studio operates, yet each teacher brings their own personality to the flow. The classes are challenging, yet can always be modified. This studio will challenge your spiritual growth/thought processes just as much as your body. To say they are welcoming wouldn’t be doing it justice - It feels like practicing with friends. ”
