What is Ayurveda?

 

Ayurveda is a holistic healing science that is more than 5000 years old and originated in India. The term “Ayurveda” means “The Science of Life” and the principles of this science demonstrate that all of life is deeply connected and wellness should be approached by looking at the whole.

This all-encompassing viewpoint is the basis of Ayurvedic Health. Through deep questioning and self-exploration exercises, clients are guided to learn about their unique constitutions and will receive individualized recommendations to bring them back to balance.
